Safe location and attentive operator. Operator was patient with check in process quirks and even supplied a dolly that was missing from the pickup. Performed the check in for me in drop off and reset the vehicle in half the time I could have done it myself on the app. Highly recommend this location

The location was awesome and the counter guy was extra amazing. The app and the entire check in process was terrible though.
JEFFREY MThe location did a wonderful job. Your corporate reservation system was completely overwhelmed by the volume of business. This makes no sense. Based upon your reservations you knew that your system would collapse and you did nothing to prevent it. People were waiting for hours to get their vehicles. Do better Uhaul!
