Gerald Mpassenger side mirror was damaged and noted by the vendor. Just letting you know that is very dangerous as it is hard to merge into traffic coming from the right. Repair or take out of service.

JOSEPH WI doubt I be using UHaul again. It was an easy transaction, but MUCH MORE than the final number quoted online because of the add in of the gas. I understand that but it is double dipping to expect that the truck will also come back with a full tank of gas. Are you kidding??

Gregg PConsign It Furniture was excellent. Corporate might be another story. My CC was charged and my CC company flagged it as Fraud. As I did not know I was being charged, or the amount and since I told the computer that I was paying at Consign It Furniture, I assumed the CC company was correct about the fraud. Now I have to wait a week for a new credit card. Could have been avoided if the system didn't assume I wanted to charge the card and if they would have notified me of the charge or just do as I requested on the On-Line sign-up.
MICHAEL TEasy drop-off, large parking lot to park vehicle. Only issue was limited data signal to upload pics to the app which made the return process take longer than it should have.

BARRETT CMy experience was perfect
GREGG PI did a one way rental and the mileage was calculated to the drop off point not where I was going. This resulted in a mileage charge on top of the $500 plus fee. This to me was not right and a rip off. The mileage fee was not determined by this location in is a company problem.

Thomas KTruck was clean. The Air conditioning did not work. Wouldn't have been to bad but it was 90+ degrees with 3hrs of driving. When I picked up truck it was later in the evening and didn't need it. After I loaded up the next day and headed down the road I turned it on and nothing but hot air.

carl rWe signed up with a DE license for pick-up in PA. But we had trouble with the app at pick-up because we had an out of state license. We had to call for support. They were very helpful, but perhaps this could have been addressed when we reserved.
Stephen CThis site was not open yet so they did nothing. Corporate support was very good guiding me through the use of the lock box. My original rental was supposed to be from Michael Cole in west grove pa. But no was there. Very poor experience at Michael Cole.

Greggory DOperator was helpful with mobile check in. Truck leaked signifcantly. It was a rainy day and several items in the truck during the move were damaged by the interior water leaks. Very disappointed to be charged in full for an inferior truck / equipment. A partial refund is what I am expecting.
