I scheduled pick up closer to home and notified the day before I had to go further to pick it up. The new location didn’t open until after 10 so had to use the mobile app to pick up. It took a while to get that all set up and there were MANY steps to complete it. Not prepared for that delay.

The check-in process through the app took 25-30 minutes; waiting for the approval was at least 15 minutes. Later, when we dropped the truck off, a man in the parking lot told us we could give him the keys however, we didn't feel comfortable doing so. We ended up putting the keys into the locked box, as the app directed us to do.
