Location hours are extremely limited so you have to use the mobile pickup which is not an easy process
ZACHARY HOvercharged the U-Haul was completely dirty. The starter's starting to go the truck had to limp the truck back to the U-Haul dealership when I asked them to clean it a previous to me taking it. They did the bare minimum they overcharged me for gas twice and charged me an extra day hoping that I wouldn't see it on the bill. Absolutely would never go back there again.
Albert SCharged me for gas even though I filled it to the correct limit seconds before returning the vehicle. They topped the tank off and charged me. I was taken advantage of
