I was charged a new charge a month after my rental which was placed on my daughter's card. I have been trying to find out why . 1) no visor on truck 2) the store closed early (unstated) on Wednesday before thanksgiving. The store worker admitted she saw me but did not take the return, pretending the store was closed. Then she refused to refund me for the extra day and told me to complain to uhaul.SEAN S.

The headlights were set to off. Please makesure to set them to automatic fire each customer. The side door outside handle does not work. As for the vehicle itself, it was brand new, 220 miles, and I was impressed with its features: auto dimming headlights, Bluetooth, lane warning, yuge mirrors, very peppy engine with good mileage, and was extremely easy to drive. Thanks uhaul for continuing to spend the $$ in the right places. It just was fast to much money, as I felt that the "$19.99" rental was disingenuous, very misleading.Jeremy A.

This is not where I chose to drop off when I rented. My location was changed unbeknownst to me. It was dark, no instructions on where to leave the truck & had to drive around looking for the key drop. Little itty bitty sign in a consignment window say "U haul" wasn't very helpfulCathleen N.

Wish the blanket bags were sealed so if you ended up not using/opening you could get refund. $5 for six blankets is very inexpensive but I found the aren't cleaned between uses ... hum?? Should have asked about refund up front, my mistake. Lesson learned. Hope they enjoyed their time out of the store and a trip around town ðŸ˜MICHELE L.

This location was wonderful and the staff was very helpful. Uhaul, on the other hand, provided one of the single worst customer experiences ever. Instead started when they failed to send my "Gauranteed" reservation info to the dealer, so I showed up to pick it up before hours via their mobile app, only to find that it would not let me. After spending 20 minutes on the phone waiting to speak with a representative, they hung up on my, and I spent another 42 minutes waiting again, only to get told that the location does not offer the off-hours pickup. (False) Finally got my truck hours late, and then when I returned it, their app would not let me upload photos for the return proces, and I spent another 25 minutes waiting on the phone to speak with someone again. It was absolutely ridiculous, and Uhaul really didn't seem to care at all. Again, the dealer, Consign It LLC, was fantastic and needed up coming in a little early and helped me. But Uhaul really needs to get their act together.OLIVER K.
Pick up by cell phone went without a hitch. I expected to be done by 5:00 PM, but everything fell apart. At 2:30 I contacted to inform I was running late. While in the past this was never an issue, I was informed that they had rented the truck to go out again at 5:00. They were not happy with me, but I am sure I am not the first person this has happened to, and I did call to let them know. I think it short sighted to not expect issues. Having to return after hours presented it's own set of problems. While the morning went smooth, check in didn't. My dashboard pics wouldn't upload and after 10 attempts, my son finally tried from a web page (I was using the app) and we got checked in. 30 minutes to do so. I also paid an additional 70.00 for the extra time, and there is no price break down on my U-Haul account. This all made a bad day even worse. It will be a cold day in hell before I do this again.Jack H.

The employees at this site were accommodating. My gripe is not with them. UHaul switched the location of my pick up site without telling me. No call, text, or email. I signed up for a site 10 minutes away, and this location is 30 minutes from me. I'm not happy.Colin S.

this location was excellent, my problem with Uhaul is that I had reserved a 20' truck 2 to 3 weeks in advance with a credit card and had received a confirmation email and a reservation number.2 days before my scheduled pick up , I recieved a call and was told that my truck was not available.I had to settle for a smaller truck that did not meet my needs.This last minute screw job left me needing a second move. that is horrible customer service. my reservation #96843653 confirms my statement.Uhaul should comp me a truck for my follow up move, and apologize for the poor service and inconvenience.MICHAEL P.

When we arrived to pick up our truck, the air-conditioning was not working. It was a 97Â° day, so there is no way we could drive the truck or move without air-conditioning. When we asked about another truck the same size, we were told there was not one available. We wound up switching to a smaller truck, which meant more trips for us on the move. This whole process took about an hour. It's time we should have been moving and didn't wind up finishing until 9PM that night.
