Pick up by cell phone went without a hitch. I expected to be done by 5:00 PM, but everything fell apart. At 2:30 I contacted to inform I was running late. While in the past this was never an issue, I was informed that they had rented the truck to go out again at 5:00. They were not happy with me, but I am sure I am not the first person this has happened to, and I did call to let them know. I think it short sighted to not expect issues. Having to return after hours presented it's own set of problems. While the morning went smooth, check in didn't. My dashboard pics wouldn't upload and after 10 attempts, my son finally tried from a web page (I was using the app) and we got checked in. 30 minutes to do so. I also paid an additional 70.00 for the extra time, and there is no price break down on my U-Haul account. This all made a bad day even worse. It will be a cold day in hell before I do this again.Jack H.

The employees at this site were accommodating. My gripe is not with them. UHaul switched the location of my pick up site without telling me. No call, text, or email. I signed up for a site 10 minutes away, and this location is 30 minutes from me. I'm not happy.Colin S.

this location was excellent, my problem with Uhaul is that I had reserved a 20' truck 2 to 3 weeks in advance with a credit card and had received a confirmation email and a reservation number.2 days before my scheduled pick up , I recieved a call and was told that my truck was not available.I had to settle for a smaller truck that did not meet my needs.This last minute screw job left me needing a second move. that is horrible customer service. my reservation #96843653 confirms my statement.Uhaul should comp me a truck for my follow up move, and apologize for the poor service and inconvenience.MICHAEL P.

When we arrived to pick up our truck, the air-conditioning was not working. It was a 97Â° day, so there is no way we could drive the truck or move without air-conditioning. When we asked about another truck the same size, we were told there was not one available. We wound up switching to a smaller truck, which meant more trips for us on the move. This whole process took about an hour. It's time we should have been moving and didn't wind up finishing until 9PM that night. There was no confirmation that the truck was at the site and ready for my 24/7 pick up. In fact, got a call earlier in the day it was not back yet and then the store just closed. Store was 30min away too, so complete guessing game driving there to pick up if the truck was available or not. Tried to remedy this multiple times through customer service with ZERO help from first three calls and long hold times. In fact they were quite rude. No empathy.Alex K.

Better working website. We had a terrible time picking up the truck and key because the uhaul website kept going down for maintenance. Customer service was not helpful. We rented on a Saturday morning when most people would be using a uhaul truck to move so this company should NOT plan maintenance then. Because of these issues, I would probably NOT recommend uhaul as a 1st choice.Richard L.

Uhaul changed my pickup location and time from 8 am to 4:30 pm. I then had to pick an alternate location in order to get the truck earlier than 4:30 which was 17 miles away, which then cost more miles, more gas, more money, more time. Horrible experience.Marissa S.

Explain the drop off procedure. And don't overcharge the customer. Due to overcharge of $19.95 and store worker not fixing the overcharge, they lost a customer, I had a list of items I was going to go back and purchase for my house.. however the $19.95 was so important and she was so rude about it, I will never shop at the store and I will never rent a u-haul again. Always used enterprise and thought I'd try the â€œdealâ€ of $19.95 for a day. BIg mistake on my end.ANdrea F.
