The on-site representative had to work with the owner over the telephone to process my rental. That was extremely time consuming and frustrating. Also I asked whether he could show me how to work the bright lights and cruise control. He had no idea. He said, "Youtube it."

John FThe agent was having trouble with processing. I was on a time restraint. First, he said my name was spelled wrong. Then he said that the program wasn’t accepting my ID, it just seem like excuse after excuse he had to call to talk to somebody for an override. But not only that but I was waiting about a half an hour before I can be service and there was only one person ahead of me. I think I would rather go to U-Haul only next time so I don’t run into this issue again.
