When I reserved the truck, I was not told the location where I was going to pick up truck was just a lot. I had multiple issues opening the lock. Plus the area was not in a very safe area.

It wasn’t the location, it was my whole experience with U-Haul company, the reps on the phone wasn’t helpful or informative… too many inconveniences they caused for my move.

Christopher CThe security of the whole area just felt kind of sketchy to me (I picked up later at night), like there wasn't a whole lot of lighting and the lockbox was in an odd area of the lot that took me a minute to find, and it was farther away from the building in a darker alleyway. I would recommend moving the lockbox closer to the main building where there's more light and you're more in-view of security cameras for the property. It was a safe experience, but it didn't feel particularly such.
