The truck had soda spilled inside and never cleaned (Uhaul requires someone to pay $25 for cleaning, this does not incentivize people to be honest about cleanliness). The requested (and needed) dolly was not in the truck. There was nowhere for me to leave my car upon pickup of the truck (it was in essentially an alleyway). Your Uhaul app would not load (it was not a connection issue), and I had to use your phone support to walk through each step. The lock where the key was was incredibly difficult to open - without someone giving me very specific instructions about how to re-scramble and turn the code multiple times, it would never have unlocked. The area was unsafe and it appeared people were living / sleeping under the overhang of the shop, with multiple dogs. While I understand people might have special arrangements and life is hard right now, this did not feel safe when picking up the truck. The dropbox was through a gated area, past the dogs, to drop the keys. Overall, this might be fine when it is open and operating, but this is not a positive experience for mobile pickup. Lorraine GThese idiots never got my trailer checked in after dropping it off on Tuesday, 8/11/26 around 11 am. I got a call on Friday, 8/14/26 from from a guy named David with another Uhaul location asking where my trailer was. He had record that my trailer was to be returned to his business/location. So Consolidated Auto Sales never checked in my trailer from being returned on 8/11 and Uhaul told me to return it to a different location than you had in your system. Overall very poor customer service!
Andy SAnthony the area manager was super easy to deal with., professional and experienced. He made the process smooth and easy. I would ask for Anthony cause I hear the other guy looks ugly 😂. All in all if your looking for a quick move and need a U-haul - i would recommend them.
Denilo SWhen I reserved the truck, I was not told the location where I was going to pick up truck was just a lot. I had multiple issues opening the lock. Plus the area was not in a very safe area.
