J’avais commander des couvertures 2 douzaines, il y en avait aucune ok on ma pas charger mais un demenagement avec un 26 pieds pas de couvertures c’etait ordinaire. Le diable que j’avais commander ben lui non plis n’etait pas disponible a cette endroit alors on ma laisser un petit diable. Et pour finaliser le tout le camion avait des pneu d’ete et non d’hiver et nous avons du deneiger le toit du camion nous meme car il avit environ 2 pieds de neige ce qui aurais pu nous couter une amande.

Ma réservation (fait un mois avant la date) a été déplacé 10h plus tard parce que quelqu'un avait fait une reservation plus tot que moi et il ne restait plus de camions. J'ai dû faire 25 minutes de route pour aller en chercher un autre et l'équipement que j'avais loué n'était pas disponible.

Daniel GAs I am not real tech savvy, I would have much preferred a Uhaul representative at the drop off location to be physically present and accompany me to conduct an inspection of the 6’x12’ cargo trailer we rented. Instead, my wife and I tried to submit information with several pictures by using Uhaul’s “Self Drop off” feature, and after numerous attempts of our location not being recognized, we gave up. I then walked to the site depot’s office where we collectively reviewed the pictures. Although they were in agreement that everything was left in same condition as it was when picked up, they never presented me with any confirmation or release documents.

DANIEL RL’emplacement était mal indiqué, retiré, il y a plusieurs voitures comme une cours à « scrap ». J’ai appelé au numéro indiqué dans la porte de l’établissement sans avoir de réponse, ainsi que le numéro indiqué sur la facture. Une dame nous a indiqué que nous devions faire le retour sur l’appli uhaul. Ce fut un retour désagréable et long.
Nadia SHave the truck your customer booked available. And make sure your system relays the correct booking information to the correct location. Their system showed no booking on this truck.
Elisane PEquipment would need to be checked before rental. Light wires were sectioned at the connector. Had to find another solution myself to get the trailer lights working which is a little disappointing. Other than that, all was ok.
