Geneviève DNothing against the location in perticular. Didn't need to interact with anyone, came for afterhour dropoff. However, had to use the app to return truck. App that has a 2.2 star rating and doesn't work. Again tried to log on, again ''Oops something went wrong, try later.'' Tried for 20 min. Nothing. Called the uhaul number, on hold for 20 min. Meanwhile, I don't know how, app started working without me logging in. There was a 5 step process. Take my picture, put in mileage, the gas level. Answer no to all the problem questions on step 2. App resets, asked me for picture again......... Did this 4 times, when finally it decided to skip steps 3, 4, and 5 (not sure what does step were, never saw them) and tell me it is done, that I need to put keys in the box. Box is like 80 meters away with no indication of where it is. A little sign that says, key return is this way could be nice, but I this point I don't expect any help to your customers from Uhaul. This was probably the worst experience I've had as a client doing business with a company. After the original reservation, nothing went well. Can assure you that not only, will I not recommend Uhaul, I will strongly suggest that they don't.
