The app was difficult to navigate & i ended up paying for insurace when i didn't want. Also, i got locked into a flat rate instead of being given the option to go with a flat rate or a daily/mileage rate. These issues caused me to spend a lot more money to use these services. Moving is very expensive to begin with without incurring unnecessary charges.

My initial pick up location was moved, further away from my home. The vehicle was not set up for mobile pick up. I had to make multiple calls in order to get the keys to the vehicle.
