The man at the desk was extremely rude and disrespectful. I told him multiple times the directions were to come inside and get the key from him but he insisted I was lying and didn’t know what I was talking about. I literally showed him my phone where it said to do that. He said he wasn’t going to help me at all. After about 30-45 mins, I was able to get ahold of a uhaul person and they told him the exact same thing I told him prior and he finally gave me the key. Shut this location down immediately.

anastasia pWe had reserved by phone, who ever took the info on center ridge at irragatiion, was all wrong , dollar amount etc. We got to the location and the lady was able to fix all of it by restarting the process, good thing she checked because $68 would have been a charge of $595. I will just go to the Convenient store from now on as she was very professional and as quick to fix all the info even down to the email address (which I did not even give the other person, so wierd) and my name spelling as well.
Kelly HThe app was difficult to navigate & i ended up paying for insurace when i didn't want. Also, i got locked into a flat rate instead of being given the option to go with a flat rate or a daily/mileage rate. These issues caused me to spend a lot more money to use these services. Moving is very expensive to begin with without incurring unnecessary charges.
Jessica MMy initial pick up location was moved, further away from my home. The vehicle was not set up for mobile pick up. I had to make multiple calls in order to get the keys to the vehicle.
