The location was unable to devote full attention to me while I was having problems during my pickup process, which escalated into a full-blown customer service problem for both of us. It was a draining and disastrous interaction.

Mark SThe man at the desk was extremely rude and disrespectful. I told him multiple times the directions were to come inside and get the key from him but he insisted I was lying and didn’t know what I was talking about. I literally showed him my phone where it said to do that. He said he wasn’t going to help me at all. After about 30-45 mins, I was able to get ahold of a uhaul person and they told him the exact same thing I told him prior and he finally gave me the key. Shut this location down immediately.
