I went to another location 2 weeks before to make a reservation and received a text message to pick up my u-haul truck and when i went to pick it up they said they did not have a truck and i would have to go to hwy 138 next to the race trac gas station to pick one up there. When we got there they said they could not confirm my reservation so they sent me to Conyers food mart. Upon arriving at that location he could not find my reservation or paper work but he took the time and got it settled and after making a reservation two weeks before and having to go to three diferent places taking 2 hrs and twenty minutes of our time we finally got a u-haul 26 foot truck.
