Dan ChenowethThe lady tried giving us the wrong size uhaul truck. I had made reservations days before and she tried giving us a different person reservation. It took close to an hour just to get things figured out and get the correct truck. Lady was preoccupied, rude, and not very helpful. She acted like we were bothering her. Will never pick up a uhaul from this location again I don't recommend it.
Jordan IngramYou can certainly tell that this location is a smaller business with a very personal approach to their customers and service. It was the best U-Haul experience we have had. Our local U-Haul in the city is fine, but not personable and certainly not as efficient with check out or check-in.

Amy StultsI called looking for a uhaul and supposedly they were out of everything and everything was reserved. When I showed up there was AT LEAST 4-5 trucks at that location. They were rude on the phone. Was not please. You should definitely find another location for your business practices.

Timothy CooperStore was a mess, guy helping us kept getting confused like he didn't know what he was doing. We weren't told that we were receiving a different size truck than what was reserved, and the guy told us we could drop it off at nearest location, when I was called later by a uhaul rep that had me take it to a completely different city, while there was a snow storm.

We had to call and ended up waiting nearly an hour for someone to show up to get us our equipment. There is a problem with the printer at this location so the contract was so blurry it cannot be read and he didn’t enter my email address so I couldn’t get it that way either.

THOMAS KOGUTU-Haul's online rental procedure is not user friendly. Lyle's didn't know anything about it when we showed up at the proper time to pick up the truck. We finally got it, but it was nearly an hour delay.

Gabbi DayNot so much the location’s issue as it is UHaul company. This location doesn’t have much cell service so dropping off the truck was difficult since the only option was using the website (we almost couldn’t return it because the website wasn’t loading)
Emily WeideUhaul app and website failed to allow me to drop off. I spent 90 minutes in the truck in the parking lot trying to drop off and on hold with customer service. The customer service reps were great but the technology kept kicking me out at different stages of the process. Very irritating after a day of loading, driving, and unloading.

JOHN VAN NOSTRANDUpon my arrival I spoke with the proprietor about obtaining a different truck, having realized my needs changed and was briskly told that I needed to take that and was left with the impression that I should be greatful they did their job and got that one.
Timothy HokeWe had filled the gas tank to 3/4 as directed when we picked up the truck. However, their driveway is on a slant and when we parked we were told it was 5/8 and charged $12.00!!!! We brought back unopened two bags of packing blankets and they would not give us a refund. We returned the truck early and clean. Will not use that site again!

ADAM WOOSLEYCreston was very convenient for us. It is also an appliance store, but not kept real clean/organized. But, that has nothing to do with picking up or returning a U-Haul truck. The service was excellent and that is what I cared about.

robert mayhewThe only downside was a loose door gasket on the driver's side. I reported this to the rental drop off location and they said this happens occasionally. I've rented from here on several occasions and they are always very helpful.

Dennis HemannThe woman at this location was helpful, but the condition of her store was deplorable! The entire floor in one section was so filled with garbage you wouldn't have been able to walk through it. Thank goodness I was just dropping a truck off!!
MARILYN MORRISONIt's wasn't the location i had a problem with, it's your equipment. I rented a 5x9 trailer. Well the 5x9 is not a true 5x9. The inside width is narrow. I would not work. I paid $27.00 for a trailer i could not use. Very disappointed and a waste of money.
Terrence WojtowiczThe woman from Des Moines called to inform me the 26 ft struck I ordered wasn’t available and switched to a 15 ft. When I got to creston there was a 26ft and the person let me have it was done in 4 hrs was great!
