The facility I picked it up from was great, helpful and zero issues the problem I have is with U-Haul’s structure and not holding reservations. This was the third time I booked this trailer as you kept calling me saying the trailer was unavailable at the last moment and trying to talk me into some other trailer that did not meet my needs. Finally when I got irate at the last person to call me she admitted you guys don’t even try to identify if you have a trailer available until 2 days before the reservation, so this turned into me driving 75 miles one way to get it vs 1 mile per my original reservation. This has become such and issue and you are so undependable that I’ve opted to just buy a trailer to have on standby as it’s affecting my business. I guess your business model does not include small business customers and you just strong atm individuals into taking whatever you got, You will absolutely only be used in dire need situations from me going forward, I’ll pay your competition double before I would use you again just on principal.

The location itself was okay. However, we had to drive an extra 2 hours round trip to pick up the truck. And the check-in process (via the app) was painful. It took 40 minutes! First, we needed to receive a phone call. Then we waited. And waited. Finally, I restarted the check-in on the app, and we received the phone call again, and this time, the process continued to the next step immediately. Then, we had to take pictures of the truck and upload them. But the app did not upload them unless we pressed the "back" arrow after each one (not exactly obvious). I will be much less likely to rely upon uhaul in the future.

Pat HPoor customer service-- had troiuble w/ trailer. called them - they told me they couldn't help, as we were not in their "system" anymore. Needed to resolve issue at reurn site. the place was filthy and diorganized. Staff not friendly or helpful.
