Your app is the worst thing ever. Especially if it is a mobile pickup. If this were after hours I would have been in a lot trouble. I rented a second truck and the app was just as bad but it was a different issue. Your support has a holier than thou attitude. Telling me everything I was doing incorrectly when in fact it was your app. I will look for alternate rental companies in the future.
