I spent 45 minutes trying to pick up my U-haul truck. The person there seemed very confused and wasn't sure of what he was doing. He also charged me twice and now I have to wait for the refund to go through and my bank account went negative because of it. This was not a very pleasant experience.

The original location did not have the truck we reserved.They sent us to another location who first said that they did not have the van. The tire pressure monitor was on and we could not see mileage. We asked how to see it and were told we could not view it..
