They were very friendly but I wouldn’t necessarily be back to their location, 1. they didn’t provide us with updated contact for them to reach out the phone number on their site is incorrect; 2. We dropped the U-Haul off to the same location same night and there was supposed to be someone onsite at all times nobody was there when we arrived, I had to return the next day. 3 they charged me incorrectly twice! On top of the inconvenience of the mileage being incorrect on the truck. Noel was a sweet person and I understand it’s only week 3 in the location but they need to update their information and put a key drop box if they don’t want to keep the door unlocked or have someone available to engage with their customers. I was told 1 price then called back and told they had to charge me more than the 1st charge I’m NOT happy!
