Don't expect to get any help unloading the equipment at this location. I had to drive to a different location for drop off so there was a man there that was able to help me get the trailer off my car.Christine L.

When I reserved the uhaul initially it was for this location. When I downloaded the app, it said the Columbia, Alabama location. No one called to inform me of the change. They didn't have the size I reserved for Saturday. I chose to get a larger size just so I would not have to drive 20 miles to pick up the uhaul. If I had not checked the app I would have been stuck without a truck.MARY W.

The location owner was not there. Then the store alarm went on. Wait outside , and 10 mins he showed up. He ran my contract wrong. I was over charge. Now waiting on uhaul to refund the difference.Kyle W.

If equipment isnt going to be available at the reserved location give more notice or dont accept the initial reservation. My pickup location was moved 70 miles away less than 24 hrs from reservation time. Equipment was great but wont use uhaul again for the above reasonJoseph M.

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO RENT A TRUCK FROM THIS LOCATION FOR SEVERAL WEEKS. HE NEVER HAS ANY TO RENT. THIS IS BY FAR MY FAVORITE PERSON TO RENT FROM, BUT AS I DRIVE AROUND TOWN, I SEE THAT OTHER DEALERS HAVE TRUCKS TO RENT., ESPECIALLY FROM CARDERS 407 W Fort Williams St, Sylacauga, AL 35150. I WILL DRIVE OUT OF TOWN BEFORE I RENT FROM HER AGAIN, SHE IS VERY UNORGANIZED, IT TAKES A VERY LONG TIME TO RENT FROM HER, AND SHE HAS OVER CHARGED ME, SAYING THAT I DID NOT REPLACE THE GAS IN THE TRUCK THAT I HAD RENTED FROM HER. I VERY CLEARLY HAD! I HAD THE RECEIPT. ALSO, THE LAST TIME THAT RENTED A TRAILER FROM THEM, I HAD TO HOOK UP MY OWN LIGHTS, ETC, THEY WERE UNABLE TO DO IT. AS A 50+ YEAR OLD WOMAN, I DIDN'T APPRECIATE HAVING TO CRAWL ON THE GROUND TO HOOK UP THE LIGHTS.Nancy D.
Our original location was moved without notification by phone. When we arrived at this location the computer was not available. I had to download the uhaul app and go through the steps to complete the rental process. This was not convenient to the customer and there was no way for us to know of fuel line problem leaking gas.Marie C.

Location was closed at 1 pm on Saturday. Used drop off box. Should have taken pics of truck because on Monday charged with $178 of damage to â€œdecalâ€. Called 1800uhaul to question the charges gave up after 1-1/2 hrs on hold!!! Will be last time I will use uhaul!!!!Herbert J.

I have been calling for 3 days. I have been told I would get a response back the same day. When I call customer service the secretary tells me there's no one in. I have left a message for my receptionist the girl that book my U-Haul and her name is Tay. She was supposed to call me back also. I have spoken to Layton MK and rental returns. I have called corporate several times. This is the second time that I've been really really messed up because of my you all right. I would love for someone to call me back immediately at 334-202-5474. This tells me that you are not a good company. And that no one there wants to take responsibility for anything.DEBBIE F.
