Making sure your locations are available I had to go to three locations to get a truck and had to pay for extra miles due to the available location was 20 minutes from my house.Jamaala P.
Clean the cup holders and wipe the console down with disinfectant, and be on time opening so that customers can get their truck at the time of pickup. The cup holders were filthy. Not suitable to put drinks in. Also, the store manager was late opening the store, and had the nerve to tell customers they could not enter without wearing a mask yet she was not wearing one herself.Theresa T.

Called so many times after I dropped off my uhaul, truck was dirty, trashy, left on E and loud/ragadey. Dropped off at 5:30 Sunday and didn't get a receipt until Friday today. Charged me $20 for after hours and I don't know why. HORRIBLE SERVICEjennifer J.

My experience with this location was HORRIBLE. The staff is very unprofessional and rude. The last time I scheduled to pick up a truck, the employee arrived late. As a matter of face, the other two times I rented from this location, the employee arrived late. This last time, my reservation was for 10 am, the employee didn't arrive until 25 minutes after 10. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and the employee became rude and loud with me. Also talking about me in my face to whomever she was on the phone with. The interaction ended with the employee telling me to cancel my reservation and to go somewhere else to get a truck. I would NOT recommend renting from this location. I should have learned my lesson the first time. Shame on me the other 2 times.ROBERT S.
I was charged for two days because I used the self checkout option and returned the vehicle after the four hour window that was automatically input upon booking. I called customer service and sat on hold for an hour for the representative to say she couldn't help and that another representative would call me directly. It's been a day already and I'd like to remedy this situation immediately the van rental is almost $200. I should've only been charged for excess mileage not two days worth of rentals.Janii M.

The proprietor of this location is very hard to get in touch with. They don't check their equipment in immediately which caused me to have to change my schedule around to verify they had the vehicle I reserved. I had to make other arrangements for my move because I needed someone with a car in case I had to pick the van up at another location. What was supposed to be a smooth move became hectic and stressed. When I turned the van back in I was unable to complete the return on my phone so I took the keys into the location and was advised they would check it back in. Two hours later U-Haul was calling me asking when I was going to return the van. I told them I had returned it and to check with the location. It's definitely not U-Haul but this location is a horrible representation of your company.VILINDA P.

Make sure that the U-Haul return website is working properly. In my case, I was charged an extra 2 days for my rental because I couldn't take pictures of the u-haul return. When I clicked on the button to take pictures of my return, it took me to a black screen. I couldn't complete my return.jamel L.

The dolly was missing three vital pieces: the electric to hook the car dolly to the truck, the rubber stopper for the S hooks on the chains that attach to the truck, and the safety chains that attack the dolly to the car; it was also rusty and the cloth for tightening the wheels down were very short making it difficult for proper tightening. We were then sent to two other locations, while driving with the car dolly with us attached to the truck in an effort to eventually receive a proper dolly. This all took about three hours as the locations said they were calling each other, but when we arrived at the next location, no one was aware we were coming. We were also charged extra on day of pick up than we were quoted in our reservation. If we had known the price would be increased so much, we would have gone with Budget or Penske to begin with and have avoided all of this.Alison H.

This was the Worst experience of my life, this location at Copy Cat and the owner Bella was the most unprofessional environment EVER! Toxic Negative. U-Haul please be aware of who you let represent your company/brand. She and her boss was unprofessional I think his name was (Bob) they both refused myself and my husband to check us in after we tried for over a hour and four phones call later ! I have never been spoken to so rude and so ugly so sad .I will never recommend nor use U haul again over the last 7 months I have used your company several times , the end for me I will be going with Ryder moving forward I will also go to all social media platforms Telling everyone family and friends about this negative experience. So sad that this happened and that it was allowed to happen myself and my husband can't believe this was allowed . I will be contact the Coporate also, I own a trucking company I had just got a bid for a fleet for 20 used 26foot trucks from U-Haul today I called Penske. Never again !Jamie M.
The young lady was rude. She continued on a personal car the entire time I was checking it. When asking questions about the contract and milage she stated â€œit's in the contractâ€ while on the phone (personal cell). The drop off location was not correct the mileage was not correct. I will never chose this location or recommend this location.Andrian H.

This location was convenient and had a few items I needed to complete my move (tape, a few large boxes, and tape gun). I would say this place was fast got me in in out.rachelle T.
i returned my u haul, and was charged for triple amount of mileage that i actually did. i'm assuming that one if the employees uses the truck for personal use and over charges customers to make up for the miles. never coming here again. i called the uhaul company and was able to get a refund.Brianna R.

The shopkeeper could not show up on time to work, then called me (after I had spent twenty minutes waiting for the shopkeeper) to ask me if I still wanted my rental truck. After the shopkeeper's call, I immediately went back to the store / rental location. I then waited in line for 45 minutes to receive my rental truck keys. The shopkeeper was unapologetic, curt, and dismissive.Robert C.

The store supposed to be opened at 9:00 am, but it was opened at 9:35 The estimated price which was $93 increased to $174, I understood that because of the increased mile. But now after 4 days I found out that I have been double charged both $174 and $93 .Bizuayehu B.
My experience was HORRIBLE !! However it was more on the U haul customer service dept NOT the copy Cat center . I returned the truck to the center and then abt 3 days later I start receiving calls from the U-Haul call center stating I have not turned in the equip and would be charged for theft of the Truck ( WTF ! ) i advised i had turned the equip in and it is sitting at the location ( i drive by every day !!) The uhaul rep stated they have been calling the location but no one picks up and the order is still open in system . I advised the rep and her manger that i have turned in the truck and it is horrible cust service to call the cust and threat theft when they cant reach the center to confirm !! It is not my fault that uhaul could not reach the center to get the ticket closed !!! I then went up to the copy center and called uhaul from there . The copy center stated they have a call log and never show that Uhaul has ever called them !! I put the 2 on the phone and they get into a very heated argument and then the copy center rep hung up and then apologized . U haul never called back to apologize or anything !! VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE WAY THE UHAUL CALL CENTER TREATED ME THE INNOCENT CUSTOMER .Kelvin M.

I was charged for two days when I only kept the truck 3 hours. And a 50 dollar cleaning fee for a dirty truck that wasn't inspected by the representative when we got it.
