Location is behind another building so not the easiest to find. I wish I had received more info about the multiple steps it would take for pick up and drop off prior to arriving. I wasn’t aware the store would be closed and that I would be doing everything on my own. I also wish I was told to download the app and start the process before. It was so hot today and I stood outside trying to figure out what to do. Ended up calling someone who just said they would send a video. Send the video before but also give info on what to expect. Same for drop off - I didn’t expect to have to take so many photos at drop off and complete so many steps, again in the heat. Van was exactly what we needed but the process was way too much.

Overlin HThe only positive view is the counter sales lady who was friendly and professional. There are no visible signs of Uhaul in the front. There were only one vehicle available for rent. No accessories available to rent or buy.
