The young man at this location started off ok but when we got close to the end of my paperwork he changed. He was automatically adding items to my charges and was getting upset when I was saying I didn't want it. After everything was done I went out to start the truck and check around for damages and cleanliness. The back was dirty and the door was hard to close. I went back in to tell him the back was dirty and about the door and he went to get a broom and handed it to me to clean. As we are walking outside, I asked about the other 20ft truck that was outside and he poorly explained that I could only get the one I got. I told him I was confused on why and he told me I can really just cancel my reservation in total if I don't like the truck. He then took the broom from my hands and said he will sweep it to get me gone. RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! If I didn't know how Uhaul work on a Friday I would have canceled and let that truck be there. I would NEVER rent from this location again!

Drive and load and unload the truck? LOL Wish I had known about the service at this location before. The customer service was exceptional. It's hard to get friendliness, concern and professionalism combined so well. Thank you for starting and ending an unpleasant task on such a great note.

Had to go to 3 different uhauls after making reservation. What the point of making a reservation if it’s not going to be there. Truck was dirty. It cost way to much. I best get a refund for the miles I didn’t use. Better not be charged any gas issues. And will never use uhaul again.

You cannot unlock the passenger side door from the outside using a key. The bed of the truck had not been swept out by the previous renters, and the floor of the truck and the ramp were really slick. The slippery ramp was especially hazardous. There is no way the people at the facility could have known. This is my preferred location, and they always do an excellent job handling my reservation.

I will never rent from Uhaul again. Your customer service is horrible. First, we were supposed to pick up at the location on Union Avenue in Memphis at 8 a.m. The day before we were supposed to pick up the truck, we received an email saying that our pickup location had been changed to the one on Raleigh LaGrange Road at 10 a.m. This created an incredible inconvenience for us as we were staying at a hotel about three minutes away from the Union Avenue location - which is why we chose to rent from that location originally. Instead, we had to drive an additional 40-50 miles round trip just to pick up the truck. Plus, we couldn't pick the truck up until 10 a.m. We were driving 12 hours and because of Uhaul changing the pickup location and time, we were put two hours behind schedule. My wife called Uhaul to complain about the location change and was basically told tough luck by the Uhaul people she spoke with. We were irate with this pathetic customer service. Then, when we returned the truck, I was mistakenly charged another $392.99 for going over the miles. Again, this was a mistake and when I contacted the location we dropped it off at, they acknowledged the mistake and advised that the money would be refunded. That's all fine, but unfortunately, the money came out of my account the moment it was charged and I will have to wait until the pending charge drops off to get my money back. Uhaul sucks and I will never use your company again. From the people on the phone who refused to work with us to having almost $400 basically temporarily stolen from my account, this has been a miserable experience.

in my life no one treat me the way sales person in that office.shewas disrespect full because I left my contract paper on her desk she start haler at me why I didn't throw in trash can. sorry to say never aver I recommend U-HALL TO ANY BODY

The phone check in process needs some work. Not very user friendly. Had some real issues using the program, had to call in and get customer service to help me check in my truck after hours.
