Used 24/7 pick up before hours. I’ve rented three truck before from another location, all very clean. This truck was not. Also uhaul corporate changed my pick up to this location from my regular spot without asking me. Poor business practices.

Everyone was so kind - I am so sorry the truck was not returned on time + I was admitted to the hospital & had asked my friend (that we were moving) to ensure the truck was returned on time. Unfortunately, I had to find someone else to go get the truck & return it. This caused my cost to double in price! I realize this is not Uhauls fault - just please know I did everything I possibly could to get it returned.

I was charged for a cdw fee and the cdw fee was not discussed beforehand. After speaking with a rep about the situation, I was told someone will callback in 72 hours. That's not acceptable.

The Manager and Asst-Manager were very helpful. The equipment was clean and operational. The parking facilities are poor ... difficult to maneuver when many vehicles are active, The mileage rate is a killer, but that is true throughout the industry. Overall, not a bad place to rent a truck when you need one!

I returned equipment early and was told "U Haul does not give a refund for early returns." Shouldn't I get a pro rata refund of the days not used?

This is my first time ever writing a review on anything but because i think this can help other people i decided to do one. I set up a Uhaul reservation for a 9" u-haul truck however when i got to the u-haul location there were no instructions on where the key was supposed to be located. So me and my friend spent an hour with customer care on the call trying to locate the key. Well they informed us that the key should be under the seat, but the key wasn't under the seat additionally there was no one there to help us locate the key. So we looked in the next U-haul truck a 17" u haul truck and asked if we could use that one. Well customer care stated that we could and "TOLD" us that we would not be charged the "17" truck price because the "9" truck did not have the key inside and this was not our fault! Well long story short they did charge us extra, then they double-charged us because we brought the truck back 30 mins after the 4-hours we were supposed to bring it back. When in actuality we brought the truck back at 10:15 p.m. but we didn't go through the return truck process. Because of course when you go through the pick-up process there are no instructions on the return process; Once again not our fault. Moreover, U-haul charged me $113.41 for a U-haul truck i did not ask for and i brought the truck back with no damages no incidents whatsoever. This was my first time using U-haul and that was my last time using U-haul. I will never use U-haul ever again after this..

This was my first experience renting with Uhaul and I must say it will probably be the last. Picking up the truck was easy no problems there. I realized I was running behind on my scheduled time returning the van which was 1:00 pm. So I contacted customer service spoke with Alicia whom helped me get an extension for 3:00 pm with no additional charges. Megan Price called me from the location Shelby Farms Storage where I rented the van from to return the truck at 1:00...I explained to her I spoke with customer service and they had given me and extension until 3:00pm. She said she hadn’t gotten that information from them she was going to contact them. Well when my daughter n I arrived to return the van before 3:00 my daughter walked in first n I walked in behind her n I walked into Megan yelling “ you brought the van back late and you have to pay for an additional 2 days!!!” We said no...we got an extension til 3:00...she said “ WELL I SPOKE WITH ALICIA THE SAME PERSON YOU SPOKE TO AND SHE SAID IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE RETURN AT 1:00!!! “SO I BELIEVE HER AND NOT YOU!!!” When I acknowledge how unprofessional she was I contacted uhaul customer service and talked to Latasha, whom held the phone with me listening to Megan n I talk. Megan walked outside left me n the building alone called someone on the phone while smoking a cigarette and telling them on the phone she had to step out n get a smoke because I was being rude to her n she didn’t have time for that. I am a person in management as well has a customer. She didn’t try to make it right with me at all but accused me of being a liar. The lady Latasha seen where it was put in the system returning back at 3:00 but said they didn’t updated. Megan was on the phone with Alicia whom then confirmed the 3:00 time was right and said it was in the systems and I was charged correctly. I was not irate with Megan but it was very hurtful to know that a person like this work with such a large corporation like Uhaul...really hate she was not train to handle situations like this one. And the worst part of it all...she is an Assistant Manager @ Shelby Farms Storge.
