It was a bit more out of the way than I thought. Also, parking was limited. AlsoI did not get the equipment I needed with the truck.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWhen we got there no one was there and when they finally arrived we went in and she told us just to leave the key she would take care of it after she finished her lunch. We told her that we wanted to make sure that everything was done so we could get our deposit back and she told us again that when she finished her lunch she would do everything. She seemed irritated that we wanted to go ahead and do the return while we were there and finally she said well I’ll just go ahead and do it now. She was very unprofessional and rude.
Paige RI probably won’t use U-Haul going forward. I choose to do a mobile pick up for 7:30 and the morning of I wasn't able to pick it up until 10 that cost me 250 dollars more for the movers because we couldn’t get the truck on time .
mia cAfter hours drop off. No staff on site Previous renter parked in 2 parking areas making it almost impossible to park the truck I rented properly I rented the truck for a Henderson tn pick up,15ft truck …was then 2 days later giving a pick up location of pins on tn via email. When I called the pjmson location to confirm, the staff said they would call me back to confirm . And hour later I received a text that my pick up location would instead be Jackson tn . My guaranteed rental was not only not meet by the size of truck I needed but the location changed 2 different times making me have to go out of route and add mileage to my pick up location. Cutting into the little time I had to begin with. Then once I arrived at Jackson it took almost an hour to pick up my truck I don’t feel that the uhaul contract guarantee was meet in either capacity by size definitely not by my reservation preferred location. And no one ever called me 2 days prior to confirm.
