The kid who rented the car transport put the time of day wrong and even though I returned it early I was charged an extra day. I called customer service and they said they would fix it and now I have a third day pending on my credit card. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with uhaul.

When i went to pick up the trailer they said the lights were working, I didn't know if they did or not because I was the one switching the lights. I brought it home and a couple of days later when we hooked it up to take it to our location only the top right light worked. So we had to be super cautious driving it. The wiring inside the trailer where the lights are looked a mess which is probably why they weren't working.

Great, personal service from start to finish. Walked me through the entire process and wished me safe travels. When I got down the road I realized one of the tires had a hole that would not have been visible Brandon parked as it was. When I let him know, he immediately advised me to contact the 800 number for assistance. That call triggered a show of customer service I'd not experienced in my 56 years of living. Less than an hour later your technician, Terry, was in my driveway replacing both tires! My confidence level over the next four hours of travel soared as did my faith in UHaul. Thanks for keeping my family safe!

While it is less than $6 I do contest the extra mileage charge. We chose the U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer at 1911 Guess Road in Durham and the day before our move you change our pick up to 2616 NC 56 in Creedmore, NC which added 20 miles to our trip.Please consider dropping the extra mileage from our bill and credit it back to my cc asap.

I took a photo of the dash after picking up the vehicle. It was 4 minutes and I was still in the parking lot. I did’t notice the paper said the truck was 3/8 full. It was actually just under a 1/4. We traveled 16 miles and I replaced 4 gallons - well more rhan I consumed. This was the second weekend of renting a truck and muny supply purchases. The renting location did not want to consider the daye and time stamp of my photo and their error. I am very disappointed - we will need additional rentals to love into our new home in 4-6 weeks. After a great experience last week I am rethinking my options. The 6.5 gallon fuel charge was in error. I bow know not to Trust the agent or facility.

I seemed to have been asked many of the same questions I had to answer online with the express check in. Otherwise it went well. Friendly, down home staff almost made me feel like family. Good folks.

It would be nice if y'all had pins for the Reese hitches and Reese hitches 4 the trucks but I had one I just noticed y'all didn't have any of that there but other than that I had an excellent outcome

One of the associates was very free with his political views and was even sexist as well as racist with his comments. I was very uncomfortable during the transaction.

Corner Grocery was not inviting at all. I said good morning to Jeremy and he didn't even acknowledge me or responded. Jeremy just took the truck keys from me and went out the door. When Jeremy returned, he told me that the gas was not where it needed to be and that it was supposed to be 7/8 from full. I explained that the gauge chart that's provided to the customer is not the same as the gas gauge in the truck and that I filled the gas to the line before full. Jeremy was very nonchalant and seemed as though I was a bother to him. If I ever needed to utilize U-Haul's services again, I would rather drive the extra 20 minutes outside my area to get better customer service.

the 6x12 trailers needs landing gear. I about blew my back out unhooking the trailer from my hitch ball as it did not wanna let go. Every trailer I have ever pulled or owned had landing gear. Why did these models not?

The sites and the trailer were good. The service and reservation process were terrible. I could not get anyone on the phone (15 min wait) or using the chat function online (another 15 min wait). I could not select the drop-off date online and could not find an answer in the FAQ section.

Windshield wiper blade, were horrible for my 3 1/2 hour drive. The full was at a 1/4 tank on the lot, when I got on the road, it dropped to an 1/8, had to fuel at next station.

I rented a 20’ truck and when I returned it I was charged for 111 miles. I absolutely did not drive 111 miles. I drove from a location in Creedmoor NC to a location in Durham NC. I mapped the two address points to a little over 24 miles one way. I rounded up to compensate for error. I then went to a storage unit in Creedmoor N.C. I mapped that at just over 4 miles. I rounded up to also add in possible error. So at best with a wrong turn my mileage could not be anywhere above 75 miles. I called the location I rented from and the young kid told me there’s nothing he could do. I don’t know what kind error was made but I can assure I drove no where near the 111 miles I was charged for. I would absolutely not recommend this location to anyone and my over experience for this transaction is deplorable!

Because the agent was extremely young and I am 70 yrs old, we had a communication blow out that had to be resolved before we could conduct business.
