KELLIE MThe truck had abs and stability control light on as well as the truck is stuck in trailer mode. Cruise control didn’t work either.
AUSTIN DI would not recommend picking up your truck via the App. That was NOT a good experience. I rented the truck, but my son was driving it. The app was unable to differentiate this, and made my account, my sons, and the person that called my son to confirm him was not able to understand this either. In the future, I will not use the app to check in.

Danny GI am not sure. The process of picking up the vehicle was tedious and time consuming because I did not have the U-Haul app. As a result, I have downloaded the app. Also, I do not understand the policy of returning the vehicle with the amount of fuel on board that existed when the rental started. In my many years of vehicle rentals, the customer picks up the vehicle with a full tank and returns it with a full tank. Simple and just. That's all I have.

I was running late from my scheduled time and someone else had reserved the truck for right after mine but they worked it out for me so I could keep the truck until I was finished and didn’t charge me anything extra! Moving is stressful enough so that was excellent service on their part.
