The equipment was clean however, the equipment was in fairly rough condition. The box had a huge tenant that was almost all the way through to the point. The box was almost split open. Also, I had shut everything up so I could pick the truck up at 8 AM through the mobile app there were supposed to be for a furniture dolly excuse me an appliance dolly and furniture pads on the truck and I was supposed to be able to do the mobile pick up however I got there at 8 o’clock and it wasn’t advised that the location did not open until nine and I could not pick the truck up until nine. I had my movers already at the house waiting for the truck so this resulted in me having to pay my movers for an hour and a half of standing around while I figured out the truck situation so I’m not too happy about that. The customer service provided at the location, however was outstanding.
