The truck had abs and stability control light on as well as the truck is stuck in trailer mode. Cruise control didn’t work either.

I would not recommend picking up your truck via the App. That was NOT a good experience. I rented the truck, but my son was driving it. The app was unable to differentiate this, and made my account, my sons, and the person that called my son to confirm him was not able to understand this either. In the future, I will not use the app to check in.
