I had no issue with the pick up/drop off location. All my issues were with U-Haul itself. Even though I booked online and selected a location with the truck I wanted it had to be moved which was annoying only because I’d wanted to in person pick up and the new location closed earlier. Then we missed the pick up window because nowhere does it say that you need to be there with 15 min of the time for the 24/7 pick up. Then the truck was too small which was very frustrating because U-Haul talked me out of the bigger one, the website says for 2-3 bedrooms, we had 1 bedroom set, no couch or entertainment center, and some baby stuff so it should have been plenty of space. Their estimate is completely off, I don’t believe you could ever fit 3 beds and mattresses in that truck with a table, couch, etc. Their wrong sizes meant we needed a second trip which cost $200 in miles. Finally when dropping off the app malfunctioned and didn’t let us submit our pictures, we took them anyway and emailed them to U-Haul. I will say the customer service center is excellent and answer extremely quickly. I really hope U-Haul find a way to make it right with us. I’m extremely annoyed about the truck sizing because their estimate online is why I sized down. I liked their systems, despite the bugs, could see myself using them again.

Cornerstone Landscaping was my second choice for drop off location. My first was a Crown gas station on Keep Tryst Rd in Knoxville, MD. They refused to accept the trailer and insisted I go elsewhere! The man behind the counter was surly and uncooperative.

Why charged me for after hours when I dropped off at 4.56pm on Friday. Furthermore, I picked up the truck at 284 miles and returned at 294 miles of fuel in it. Look properly and kindly refund#wrongcharges

Great customer service from Rick. Very professional and very helpful. Highly recommend Cornerstone for all you UHaul needs. Only thing I would recommend would be more car trailers at different locations.

This location has multiple businesses managed from one location. The associate that helped me switched from another duty to help me without hesitation, including lifting the trailer off the ball hitch and then checking me in. Thank you.

After uhauls mistake at pickup, we returned the equipment an entire day early and we're told we'd get a refund for the early return. Instead we got a bill for 2 gal of gas when we returned it full. Yay.

Pick up and return the truck was a nighmare.. The service in WVso bad. The location in Leesburg it was a maze. Nobody to give explanations or directions. Bad experiencia.. and to think that I need to rent a truck again in a couple of months, scary.

The trucks steering was way out of alignment needs to be checked, fought that all the way
