Location originally requested a week prior was changed day before by Uhaul. Additionally 20 miles beyond where we needed to rent. No internet service or phone service as location was very rural. UHaul systems went down. Person at location was frustrated but I feel did her best. Truck brakes were sticking initially. Trash under the seats.
