My original reservation was to pick up the truck in Marietta, OH but my pick up location got changed because they did not have a one-way vehicle available and sent me to Coolville. The Marietta branch promised my mileage would still begin in Marietta but the Coolville branch said they couldn”t do that.. I was charged additional mileage that accrued because my reservation pick up location was changed. It would be helpful to have this reimbursed. Thank you.

Overall, I was happy with the equipment I rented from UHaul over the past 2 months. The Cleveland scheduling office could use some customer care training. Being charged for an extra day for the truck and car dolly didn't feel great given the delays I dealt with.

ALEXANDER WLocation originally requested a week prior was changed day before by Uhaul. Additionally 20 miles beyond where we needed to rent. No internet service or phone service as location was very rural. UHaul systems went down. Person at location was frustrated but I feel did her best. Truck brakes were sticking initially. Trash under the seats.
