The truck had mechanical issues and I was not compensated the amount of gas was lower than was on the contract I was charged more for the coverage than I agreed on. I will not rent from uhaul again

Ray was very helpful in explaining the after hours drop off process and when I arrived I was amazed at the organization of the trucks on his property and cleanliness of his facility.

I called to insure opening time, was informed they were open and to come in anytime. It took less the 15 minutes to inspect the truck and owner assisted in uncoupling my jeep from the truck. Again everything was handled professionally.
