I would like to point out an issue with my rental experience. When I booked the vehicle, I clearly declined all insurance options. However, when I arrived to pick up the keys, the person assisting me added insurance without properly informing me, and I ended up being charged an extra $30. This was done automatically without my clear consent.

Drop off address actually incorrect and more information could be provided about drop off requirements. Luckily sufficient time had been accounted for but the process of parking two blocks away in a lot as a slave to painful one way streets could be better communicated up front. I'm really angry about being charged the extra miles given the difficulties faced dropping it off.
TIMOTHY MTruck was dirty inside and out. The shocks are shot on the truck I used. The ride was uncomfortable because of the extreme bouncing.
JOHN LThey overcharged me, by over $200 and the cab was dirty. The 15 ft truck didn't have a backup camera.
SCOTT BLocation was awkward, a small grocery shop on busy street in downtown San Diego; little space on street for parking. Clerk in shop indicated that truck needed to be parked about 4-5 blocks away in a lot. We were to take pictures of the truck as well as the odometer and gas gauge, then return to shop to complete the check in. Required difficult trekking with luggage up hill back to shop. Check in was thorough with no other problems.
LUANA Sspoke to the last two reps after talking to about five or six people earlier. I saw the park. It’s horrible. It’s in a downtown location. You have to circle a few times just different parking spot to drop off vehicle, but you also have to park it at a different location. Once you make contact. It was a bit of a hassle.
