When I rented the cargo van when I went to pick it up and got to the van, it was filthy dirty the interior the exterior was filthy dirty I walked around the van and did an inspection. One of the tires had the flat tire spare on it, it had no fuel in the gas tank very little enough for me to get across the street to the gas station, and I had an event to be at and the event represents me and my business, and the van was not suitable to do so, and I was very disappointed didn’t have time to go and clean. The van and put gas in it. I needed to be at the event immediately, so my needs were to get to a clean fuel van and go to the event and represent my business and that wasn’t possible very disappointed.
