This was a great experience. Not what I expected from previous online ratings / reviews. The gentleman who signed me up was very helpful. To be honest, I didn’t expect I had to walk two blocks to pick up the truck, but that was no problem. It was just a surprise.

It was very confusing to find out where to drop the vehicle. It says courtez market, but we had no parking on the street and could not figure it out. I had to go off the street. Look on Google to find out the phone number of the Company or the store. And ask them, where can I park? And then they told me it is 2 blocks away. Why uhaul cannot bring all the information on the. Reservation document itself.
Jitendra GI was overcharged insurance that was not on my initial reservation. The car also smelled like cigarettes and had fries/food trash on the ground. Additionally, the back right tire was at 42 PSI when I got the vehicle, which the renter told me UHAUL was previously aware of. That is a dangerously low PSI for that vehicle.
Tiffany SIt was quite frustrating that I had to drop off the supplies in the Uhaul (dolly and blankets), and then drop the Uhaul at a parking lot not at the same location. Worse is that there was no notification of this until I was trying to drop everything off at this location. The customer service person was excellent and tried to help me get it all done. But the communication regarding dropping off was not good.
Amy MDrop off lot inconvenient being two blocks away from office. Not disclosed at time of reservation unless I overlooked it. Vehicle needs brakes checked...shakes badly when braking above 50 mph.
