THOMAS BURGESS S.When I received the truck it had front end bumper damage that caused the tire to grate loudly on the bumper whenever i made a right turn. The location didn't have a standard handtruck/dolly which i had requested so I had to make do with an appliance dolly. Additionally, my preferred drop off location which I found through Uhaul's website was not available so I had to drive 25 minutes to drop off when there was a location just 1 mile from my destination. Overall not pleased.

Charlie H.Beware 1 day doesn't mean 8 hours it means 6. If you go beyond six, even by an hour- they charge you for 2 days! Ridiculous. A day is 24 hours, at minimum it's 8. Not 6.
Aaron F.I booked an 8' Pickup Truck through the UHaul phone App on 3/25 to be picked up at the Corvallis SelfStorage 43403 location on 3/26. I arrived to the location on 3/26 to pick up my truck. 1- I was not able to do self-checkout through the app and had to go inside the store to complete the check-out. I am a cancer patient and specifically wanted no-contact/ low-risk transaction. 2- I was given a 10' Truck instead of what I had specifically booked the day before, an 8' Pickup Truck. Employee was apologetic but the whole experience was very poor.
