Masayo OWe dropped off the uhaul with the half a tank of gas required and were still charged for two gallons of gas and apparently extra mileage even though uhaul requested us to drop it off in Corvallis instead of Albany. I would like to request the $30 be refunded to us.
Cheryl RThere was nobody at the drop off location. The sign on the door said they'd be back at 10 and it was just after noon when I got there. I had to scan a QR code which was very difficult to follow instructions because I'm not very technically savvy with those. A real human would've been much nicer. Luckily, I talked with a person called Nate on the phone who helped me through the whole process, but it took me over a half hour and it was raining lightly.
