The truck I requested was not available. The truck I got was not clean. Cupholders filthy Open back door and the stench knocked me down. Someone had transported or kept a dog or dogs in the truck. There was dog fur everywhere and a horrific smelling blanket. The person at the pickup location was useless. He didn’t know how to operate the check in. I had already filled out the pre check in on line. He had all the info. After a 45 minute delay he handed me the keys and said follow the app. I should have used Penske.
