My problem isn't with the pick up location, but with U-Haul itself. First, I was scheduled to pick up the trailer in Woodward in the morning. I got a call from U-Haul the day before it was to be picked up saying I would need to pick it up in Buffalo at noon. When I got to the location at noon, the U-Haul software would not take my information. Why did I bother putting in information online when I ordered? Because it all had to be re-entered, and the software wasn't working. After about 45 minutes of waiting, I finally asked the girl to call someone at headquarters to get this through. I talked to some guy who wanted a second contact for me. When I was finally allowed to hook up the lady who waited on me didn't know how to hook up the trailer so I did it myself. By the way, I gave two stars instead of one because the trailer itself was clean and in good shape.
