Not a fault of the location, just was a surprise that Uhaul redirected my pickup location to a shop that was closed for the holidays. It was also my first time to do everything via remote phone app which failed repeatedly. Phone representative was friendly and responsive. Truck had less than a half tank of gas, requiring me to first go to a gas station. From the app, this seems the norm for Uhaul and I will remember in the future if I use uhaul again. The truck was very clean both inside the cab and inside the bed. Big thumbs up for the local shop! The truck itself was a "non smoking" vehicle, but stunk of tobacco and had a cigarette burn on the seat. This would be a good flag to add smoking details to the app. Definitely a truck that was heavily smoked in. Store dropbox was WELL labeled, and once I understood it was for me to do all on the app, there was no need for the store to be open.

MARK EBetter instructions for the code to unlock the lock for the key. It stated the truck was at a quarter of a tank, it was no it was at an eighth of a tank.

Richard JThe self-serve pick-up and return process was handy, but really complicated. Also, I wasn't able to get my rental truck out without moving a u-haul trailer that was left in the roadway.
Michael HMake sure the rental is available before renting to the next person. Make the pick up for mobiles smoother. It took me over an hour to pick up even with the help from the chat experts. The first person- Trevor was amazing but it was frustrating working with Brittney.
