John LThe main issue I had was that the location is closed at 1 on Saturdays. Most people do their moving on Saturdays, so it doesn't make sense to me that they wouldn't be open that day to help. With that being said, no one was there to help so I just dropped off the key in the provided box. I wasn't made aware beforehand of the fee that would be charged if returning the truck after hours (which is impossible to avoid given the closing hours on Saturday). So I was disappointed to see that I got charged additional for that. Per my contract, I was supposed to have the truck the full day, so getting charged additional after having the truck for only 3 hours was frustrating.
