Folks here were so kind and helpful! The owner or manager made sure to change one of the trailer tires because it was wonky. They taught me how to back up with the trailer and were just so helpful.

This location provided good service, however it was a long ways from my home. There are closer dealers but they did not have the size trailer I wanted. I reserved it online in Nephi, Utah but received a phone call later saying they didn't have the trailer I had reserved online and offered me several other locations, none of which made sense for my planned trip and route. I am very unhappy that the reservation was made online with no problem, then not honored in real life. It did not seem at all like the good service I have received from U-Haul on other occasions over the years. I guess the customer is no longer king.

John MI don’t blame this location entirely since the U-Haul system is unnecessarily complicated. However I will say they did not properly attach the chains to my hitch causing dangerous sparks to be created while driving on the road. They acknowledged this by saying “wow those chains are pretty low” and then proceeded to do literally nothing about it. They also did not tighten the tongue of the trailer onto the hitch ball causing the trailer to become detached from the hitch a few hours into the drive. Thankfully we fixed the chains before we actually took off on the move or else this would have ended in a disaster to us and those around us on the road. Trailer was in fine condition
