The main issue I had was that the location is closed at 1 on Saturdays. Most people do their moving on Saturdays, so it doesn't make sense to me that they wouldn't be open that day to help. With that being said, no one was there to help so I just dropped off the key in the provided box. I wasn't made aware beforehand of the fee that would be charged if returning the truck after hours (which is impossible to avoid given the closing hours on Saturday). So I was disappointed to see that I got charged additional for that. Per my contract, I was supposed to have the truck the full day, so getting charged additional after having the truck for only 3 hours was frustrating.

Jeanne WMy original contract showed drop off extended a day for free, but when I dropped off at location about 12 hours before I was required to, I got charged for an extra day, even after confirming that wouldnt be an issue with the drop off location. So I had to pay an unexpected $60.
