This place was horrible. The girl with blonde hair didn't seem to know what she was doing. It took us an hour to get a u haul and trailer to put my car on. She kept messing up on the computer and having to start over. I did not receive a contract or any info on the truck itself. The lock she gave us didn't work, it was a combination lock. the older gentleman attached the trailer. We ended up going to the u haul place on Stone Drive in Kingsport TN for a lock. They checked over the truck and found only a half tank of gas, no windshield wiper fluid, the brake fluid was low, the engine fluid was low. the truck was flighty garbage found in the truck could not see out the front window, they explained how to use the device that helps going up hills for more traction, they told us to take a picture of the gas tank and pictures of all sides of the truck, also they checked the trailer which was attached wrong. they gave me a contract. Worse experience of my life. We were driving across country from TN to AZ. Thank God the u-haul in Kingsport TN helped us out. The place in Bristol should not be allowed to rent u-hauls. they have no clue what they are doing. I am very hesitant in ever renting a u-haul again. HORRIBLE experience. Will not recommend your company. ce in Bristol

KEITH CIt took 1.5 hours to get the transaction done because of your web site, you tried to overcharge me 100.00 more than the amount i was given at time of reservation, still was over 15.00. It was very frustrating for the lady at country auto sales and us.
lee sCompany ( NOT Country Auto Sales) tried to change my pick-up site for my truck when availability for the truck was there at Country Auto Sales!!!! Very unhappy with that!!

Robert TIt’s an overall comment on U-Haul. 1. They called to change the pickup location the day before pickup. That’s why I reserved early so I could pick up at a location near my home. They should have moved the truck to my pickup location. 2. I reserved moving blankets, when I picked up the truck there were no blankets available at the pickup location. I had to drive back to the pickup location I had reserved to get moving blankets. I really wish there was another option other than U-Haul. I would no longer use U-Haul. They serve customers poorly.
JEFFREY HWhen I arrived at this location, the person in charge of doing the paperwork was out of town for medical reasons. The manager or owner of the agency didn’t know what to do. He suggested that I waste my time going to another U-Haul location. I had to call corporate to handle the paperwork over the phone and get the reserves trailer hooked up. Additionally, after I had left the lot, I noticed that there was a license plate light cover missing. I had to return to document that missing piece so I wouldn’t be charged to have it fix latee. It was a poor experience and a waste of time while I had to come up with solution's to fix a problem they created so I wouldn’t be late for my business appointments. The person in charge for U-Haul reservations is extremely unprofessional, irresponsible and unreliable. I’ll never be using this location again.

MARK OI drive right past it-signage is challenging to see while driving when you aren’t familiar with the area. Drop off was quick and easy and staff was very accommodating!
