It took a little longer than expected and the site made the women helping us put in 3 different contacts "incase" uhaul couldn't get ahold of me. otherwise she was great and I didn't have any issues with the trailer.

My issue is the fuel. How is someone to figure out how much fuel to replace unless U-Haul requires a full tank. Not cool. So I guess I just donated to the company because I filled the tank.
