Horrible customer service. I never signed my contract nor did I see the contract until I got a email and someone else singed for me also this same person was on the phone with a lady running the gas stationwhere i had to pick up the truck he had me their 45 minutespass the time of my reservation. They changed my pick up location 2 times and then change my drop off location 2 times. After all that the truck shut off on me 3 times luckily it started back up. The engine in the uhaul was extremely weak and barely pulled the stuff I had packed in it and I also had one of their pull behind tow dolly's. So over all this was the worst experience ever and I will never give my business to them again. They had the nerve to offer me a $20.00 discount on the truck and 30 miles free. Witch saved me nothing having to go out of my way 25 miles to pick up the equipment so that I could move that afternoon.
