As I was leaving and already at the light some worker there came out screaming and whistling at me saying â€œyou can't drop This of hereâ€ i explained to him that I got it from there... and he just screamed damn and walked away. That was super rude. I have used U-Haul for years and never have i had an experience like this.Hector R.

Upon arriving at the pick up location, we were stunned to see a barn with one or two trailers available. The staff was beyond incompetent for an example it took them about 30 to 45 minutes. To figure out the password to their own computer system. Then after an other hour went by and we finally have everything in order. But here's the best part it's worth mentioning that while standing in said barn amongst the chickens that were all over the place, we happen to notice what appeared to be a snake slither right by our feet. I find this 100% unacceptable. But I'm not done. Before we left they proceeded to tell us that we would not be able to return the trailer there and that we needed to take it somewhere else. Which we thought was strange since the contract states that we have to return the rental to the pick up address. Now let's talk about the incredibly rude CSR I spoke with while trying to figure out where to return the rental. She was very aggressive towards me as I refused to wait another day to return it as we would not be able to do so. She insisted that my contract says I have to return it to the pick up location but the pick up location was closed and locked by a fence. So I have to honor my end but uhaul and there retailers don't have to honor theirs. If I can't effectively return the equipment within the times requested then don't rent the equipment. This was the absolute worst experience we have had with UHAUL.Dylan K.

In my follow up email the day before pickup, my requested location had been changed to further away(adding more miles). I was able to call the local and also 1-800 office number to correct the change. It was a hassle because my original confirmation was correct days before. Other than that mixup, everything went very smooth...especially at drop off.Timothy P.
