One of The brake lights on the truck did not work….didn't know till left location. Radio did not work in the truck.

Susan HI was told I could drop off my truck in another location. Then I was accused of stealing the truck when it was not returned to their location. Because someone or someone's did not note the file I had a u haul person show up at my house and frighten my daughter. This is unacceptable. I will never use the location again. I might not even use u haul again. This was an awful experience.
CHARLES STruck was clunky, noisy and had weird engine sounds. Also, they need to put backup cameras in these trucks. We were also charged too much but after contacting U-Haul I received some refund.
