The staff was just as I had hoped they would be in assisting with the rental. Fantastic to work with, hooked the equipment up to my truck without any hesitation. Actually said goodbye to me as left. The return was as equally stressless. I wish all the UHaul places that I've dealt with in the past took on thier work ethic/customer pleasing attitude. An unfortunate occurrence at a large full service UHaul place , they weren't able to honor my nearly week in advance reservation for a trailer, turned fortunate for me being forwarded on to Country Rentals. Now I know to bypass the big flashy places and keep my business local.

Everyone was polite, professional and efficient! Their assistance hooking up and removing the trailer was amazing and had me on my way at pick up as well as drop off. Great experience overall - largely the result of the people!

I returned the vehicle 126266 miles and the my receipt stated the miles were 126297. When I returned the truck the manger said to just leave the keys and I would be emailed a receipt. I was overcharged for 30 miles @ $1.59 per mile. I would never use this location again for any of my rental needs nor would I ever recommend them.

Not a comment on the location but the Uhaul app at checkout. The back button doesn't work. You have to hit it multiple times to go back to take the next picture (8-10 times). I mistakenly ended up going back too far and had to take all of the pictures over again.
