I was scheduled to pick up my 10 foot truck in Kingston, MA at 1pm. I went at 1pm and my truck was not there. I had to drive to Hanson. How dare U-Haul has the audacity to make people who are under enough stress with a move, drive out of there way to a different location. Unfortunately we are at Uhauls mercy. But know that the general public including myself knows that your company actually sucks. It’s like flying the now defunct Spirit airlines. Your company treats customers poorly

Great customer service! Picked up the uhaul on Friday night and brought it back the next day. Everything went well between the pickup, drop off and invoicing.
Debbie DMy overall experience was poor, equipment wasnt where is supposed to be, I reserved it 3 weeks out ans still had to drive to 2 locations to get a trailer. They offered a toy hauler with no way to tie down a car. Not the locations fault it is UHual in it self. Customer service was shit, I will not use UHaul again

JAMES GGenerally do not overcharge for more convenient drop off in Cape Cod. This location was 45 miles from a convenient U-Haul location that would have cost 3x!
